Product Return Policy
Unused products have a 14-day unrestricted return policy.
The return policy does not apply to digitally delivered electronic content.
When exchanging or returning a product, the reason for the return must be provided.
To process a refund, a bank account number must be provided.

Delivery and Payment Terms for International Orders
Provide a complete delivery address and clearly specify the products being ordered, including quantities and, if necessary, size and color. Orders are shipped via Economy-class mail unless Priority-class mail is specifically requested. Delivery time is 2 weeks plus the general postal delivery time to the destination country. Actual delivery costs will be added to the prices listed in the online store. An invoice will be sent with the delivery.

Processing of personal data collected from the online store is based on the customer relationship between the customer and Alliz Oy. Ordered products cannot be delivered or invoiced without the necessary personal data.

Personal data is obtained directly from the user of the online store. This includes name, address, phone number, email address, billing information, and additional details.

We use partners for product delivery and billing. Personal data is not disclosed to other parties.

Personal data is processed in Finland and within the EU. Personal data is not intentionally transferred outside the EU. In certain situations, our service providers may transfer data outside the EU, such as in the event of European data center failures or similar issues.
